My boobs grow and shrink?

I'm 14 and I notice that one week before my period, my boobs grow a cup size larger. After it has ended, my boobs will then shrink and, from time to time, even shrink down to a size smaller than it initially was. I'm a friggin' A now, being a B cup before. Is there anything I can do to help this?
