Would it be ok if a 10 year old watch Fantasia with a 4 year old alone?

I'm going to be doing a science project with my friend for school, and the 4 year old and the 10 year old would be be playing with each other. Yesterday the 10 year old asked if she could watch Fantasia, and I said yes. But I remember there was a devil in the movie, Would it scare the 4 year old? And the 10 year old?
