The people who have it all- alot of great friends a beautiful family and not ugly either?

NO they dont most ppl just want other to believe they have a great life... to make everyone believe they r perfect.. so nobody can see the way things really r.. maybe shes just a very optimistic person likes to make everything seem good in a way and believes if she does that everything will turn out good.. idk it depends on the person their r many reasons y ppl do that..
