Chest X ray results. Really worried...?

My GP's receptionist just called me and said that my Chest X Ray results are back today and the Doctor wants to see me. I asked the receptionist if she could comment on the Xray and she said shes no medically qualified to. I asked if it was bad she wouldnt tell me anything. Im worried sick here as Ive had a dry cough for 3 months. My appointment aint till 18:00 tonite...got all friggin day to worry now grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr oh sorry my question.....can you make me feel better? :)
