Ephemeral fantasia monster chart?

im on week 2(aka week 1 again) and i went to go get the monster chart but the guy wont give it to me i look up online and some people said you get it after day 4 on week one so i tried waiting after day 4 on week 2 but still no chart is there no way to get it after week one and if so will it change the game in any way like affect the ending?
