Grand fantasia get to ilya?

Ok. I need to get to Dane Edward for the mage quest. However im in Kaslow City. How do I get to Ilya from there? I cant walk since theres to many high lvls. Its the Magic Masters Guidance lvl 14/15 quest. So what do i do?
