Grand fantasia; Sprite help?

OK. My Sprite has 600/600 on his level, when I hover over the stars it says, able to evolve. (this is my original sprite) Mine Forge staff are all up to 20 and his stamina and relationship are fine. Im a lvl 21 however every time i see the sprite, Hamu, theres no quest telling me I can let him evolve now! What do I need?!?
