HELP PLEASE FAULTY ESCALATION MAP PACK!?

Right, someone said that i had downloaded a "faulty escalation map pack", WHITCH IS FRIGGIN GAY! because it doesn't want anything to do with the map "zoo" AT ALL, but i dont want to pay �11 AGAIN just because that stupid map pack didn't download properly, although i didn't touch a thing, it sais in the categorys that i have the map, but the loading screen freezes, ive turned off the ps3 and rebooted the game, but none of that works, i really want that map! what can i do?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
