Is the "Rite of Spring" segment on the "Fantasia" Blu Ray?

I read that was edited out because of rights, but that's ridiculous! It's a segment about dinosaurs, for christ's sake! I have a copy on VHS with it in it, but does it have it in the Blu Ray DVD?
