What movies has the beginning of toccata and fugue in D-minor been in? (except fantasia)?

i recently ran across the song and the beginning im SUREEE ive heard before in some movie, i think an animation movie, probably warner bros or disney? im not sure. but no im not thinking of fantasia. i thought phantom of the opera but thats a bit different. anyone have any ideas?
